ELTEN HANKO XXNF ESD S1PS (724821) – Low safety shoe

ELTEN HANKO XXNF Black-Blue Low ESD S1PS is a lightweight and technically advanced low safety shoe (Form A), designed for work in dry working environments where there is a risk of penetration by sharp objects and the need for reliable ESD protection. Thanks to the WELLMAXX NEWFEEL sole with Infinergy® core, the shoe effectively absorbs shocks and returns energy with each step, thus reducing fatigue when working on hard surfaces.

Main characteristics

• Upper: Mesh material with a proportion of recycled materials - a synthetic material that retains its shape, is tear-resistant, quick-drying, light and wear-resistant; intended for use in S1 work environments.
• Lining: Breathable textile lining with a proportion of recycled materials - regulates the climate, ensures good ventilation, is pleasant to the skin and has a high ability to absorb and release moisture.
• Heel lining: Abrasion-resistant microfiber - especially durable and comfortable in the heel area.
• Top edge: Padded top edge – protects the Achilles tendon and increases wearing comfort.
• Tongue: Padded tongue – prevents pressure and blisters.
• Heel loop: Makes it easy to put on and take off quickly.
• Laces and seams: Made from 100% recycled materials.
• Construction: Metal-free & leather-free - suitable for work environments sensitive to metal and for people with skin allergies.

Protective elements

• Protective cap: Carbon protective cap (carbon cap) made of highly resistant carbon fibers - non-magnetic, corrosion-resistant and very light; protection against impacts up to 200 J and pressure up to 15 kN.
• Anti-puncture protection: Metal-free textile anti-puncture midsole in accordance with EN 12568 – lightweight, flexible and provides 100% foot coverage.

Sole

• Sole: WELLMAXX NEWFEEL dual density with profile.
• Outsole: Rubber, black and blue - antistatic, excellent resistance to slip (SR), oils and fuels (FO) and abrasion.
• Middle layer: eTPU (expanded thermoplastic polyurethane) – a very lightweight material with excellent shock absorption properties.
• Core: Infinergy® by BASF – high elasticity, strong energy return and retention of elasticity even at low temperatures (down to -20 °C).
• Heat resistance: Up to approximately 200 °C (short-term up to 300 °C).
