ELTEN THUNDER XXSW Black-Blue Low ESD S3S is a technically advanced low safety shoe (Form A), intended for work in indoor and outdoor areas where exposure to moisture, risk of penetration by sharp objects and the need for reliable ESD protection are expected. The revolutionary WELLMAXX SKYWALK sole with Infinergy® core effectively absorbs shocks and ensures strong energy return with every step, which significantly reduces fatigue when working on hard surfaces.

Main characteristics

• Upper: Hydrophobized textile material with recycled material content - dimensionally stable, tear-resistant, quick-drying, light and intended for use in S3S work environments.
• Lining: Breathable textile lining with a proportion of recycled materials - regulates the climate, ensures good ventilation, is pleasant to the skin and has a high ability to absorb and release moisture.
• Heel lining: Abrasion-resistant microfiber - especially durable and comfortable in the heel area.
• Upper edge: Padded upper edge – protects the Achilles tendon and increases wearing comfort.
• Tongue: Padded tongue – prevents pressure and increases comfort.
• Heel loop: Makes it easy to put on and take off quickly.
• Laces and seams: Made from 100% recycled materials.
• Construction: Metal-free & leather-free.

Protective elements

• Protective cap: Carbon protective cap (carbon cap) made of highly resistant carbon fibers - non-magnetic, corrosion resistant; protection against impacts up to 200 J and pressure up to 15 kN.
• Anti-puncture protection: Metal-free textile anti-puncture midsole in accordance with EN 12568 – lightweight, flexible and provides 100% foot coverage.
• Water repellency: Increased resistance to water penetration and absorption (WPA) in accordance with the requirements of class S3S.

Sole

• Sole: WELLMAXX SKYWALK three-component sole with profile.
• Outsole: Rubber, black - antistatic, extremely resistant to slip (SR), oil and fuel (FO) and abrasion.
• Midlayer: SCF (Supercritical Foaming) EVA / eTPU – lightweight, flexible and durable.
• Core: Infinergy® by BASF – very good cushioning and strong energy return.
• Heat resistance: Up to approximately 200 °C (short-term up to 300 °C).
